Breathwork – May 14th @ 6:45 PM Join us for a transformative experience connecting breath with intention. Breathwork activates the body's natural healing response to stress by toning the nervous system and releasing energetic & environmental toxins stored in the body. Through this guided practice of breath, movement and sound, participants will experience the immediate benefits of relaxation and a strengthened lung capacity.
