I first started my fitness career when I was in Marine Corps during the years of 2004-2016. When exiting the Marine Corps, I then transitioned my experience into civilian life. I use to own 3 Anytime Fitness gyms and sold them after the effects of COVID. Since then, I now own and operate my own company called 180 Degree Fitness. While going through many life experiences throughout my military career and now having my own business, I realized that that it is very important and necessary that everyone reaches their health and fitness goals to their fullest potential. My most proud highlight is that I have helped over 300+people transform their health with fitness and nutrition.
In life we all deal with enemies. These enemies at time set us back and make us give up or even quit. My worst enemy was self doubt to lose weight. Believe it or not, I was the chubby kid in school growing up. I never believe I could achieve losing weight. I was the guy that started something and when I messed up one day, I would then say it isn't worth it, or even beat myself up. However, one day when I hired my first coach while in the Marines, I learned that little mistakes will happen, and it's about building habits week by week to then strive to be the best version of ourselves. Don't ever quit! We are human! You will have failures. Those failures ultimately teach us to be successful. You have to sometimes fail first in order for you to succeed.
My purpose for coaching is to motivate and build habits for men and women. Whether it is needing to lose weight, gain weight, maintain weight, and learn how to eat better, I am passioned to serve anyone wanting to transform and learn how to sustain their success for the rest of life. With my constant motivation, drive, and energy for you to succeed, you will have no choice not to quit, but keep attacking your goals day after day. Always remember, the best of the best have coaches. Every time I see a client get better with eating, losing weight, or whatever the goal may be is what drives me to keep this going for the rest of my life.
