Journey
When I first laced up my soccer cleats at the age of 4, I had no idea that 14 years later, I’d be moving to England to pursue a career in the sport I loved. Not long after, I found myself on a plane back home to Arizona – this time for yet another knee surgery. That experience sparked a deeper drive: I wanted to understand why joint injuries were so common, not just in myself, but in so many competitive female athletes.
That question led me into an ongoing journey of learning – one focused on maximizing longevity through mobility, strength training, and functional fitness.
Since then, I’ve worked with a range of clients: competitive athletes in sport-specific training, adults stepping into the gym for the very first time, women rewriting the narrative that they shouldn’t lift heavy, and busy professionals looking to build sustainable routines.
Whatever your goal, I’m confident I can help you get there – one step, one rep, and one day at a time. Let’s start your journey together!
You
Since earning my CPT, I’ve helped dozens of clients reach their goals – and you could be next. You’re unlike anyone else, and your training should reflect that. I take an individual, holistic approach to every client, tailoring each session to your unique goals, abilities, and lifestyle.
A cornerstone of my coaching philosophy is communication. Through ongoing feedback and regular check-ins, I continually adapt your program as you grow. Whether you’re aiming for a new bench press PR, rebuilding confidence through strength, or simply striving to live a healthier life – I’m here for it. And I’m here for you.
Outside the Gym
I’m a huge believer in finding joy in movement – because let’s be honest, not everyone can hit the gym five days a week. When I’m not coaching, you’ll likely find me walking to a new coffee spot, heading to the mountains with my snowboard in tow, or on the pickleball courts trying to understand how the heck the scoring works.
